Id-Extras.com is a provider of scripts, add-ons, and automation services for Adobe InDesign. The company says it has been automating InDesign workflows since 2005, drawing on hands-on scripting experience to help publishing professionals save time, reduce errors, and improve productivity. Its collection includes more than 30 tools for print and digital publishing, covering tasks such as creating interactive PDF forms, translating documents, managing footnotes and line numbers, styling text, fitting text and tables, extracting pages, importing HTML, and producing yearbook layouts.

Alongside its ready-made products, Id-Extras offers custom script development and can adapt existing tools to suit particular workflows. It also specializes in larger-scale publishing automation using InDesign and InDesign Server, including systems for catalogue production and data-driven product labels. The company supports customers with product help, frequently asked questions, a user forum, and a blog featuring tutorials, updates, and free resources. Id-Extras emphasizes carefully crafted, tested software and invites organizations to discuss their specific InDesign scripting and automation needs.
