CAROLINA SENIOR BRANDING CONSULTANT & GRAPHIC DESIGNER After graduating in 1992 from Rhode Island School of Design as a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Carolina started her career at the Fitch’s Boston office. She worked there for a couple of years, contributing as a designer in projects that won recognition and numerous awards. In 1995 she went back to Venezuela and switched to freelance until she decided in 1999 to start her own design studio (idd). Since then she runs a successful company with his partner, Oskar Vivas, providing guidance to clients to shape their products, services and the future of their brands. FOUNDERS BACKGROUND Carolina Senior BRANDING CONSULTANT & GRAPHIC DESIGNER Carolina’s experience spans a diverse range of clients and sectors, from stablished corporations to small start-ups. She is a truly multi-disciplinary designer and has worked extensively across branding, print, packaging and signage. Her hability to manage projects and clients as well as her creative eye, define her as a driven visual strategist with a reputation for delivering innovation and simplicity for outstanding brands. OSKAR VIVAS BRANDING CONSULTANT & GRAPHIC DESIGNER Oskar graduated as a graphic designer from the Instituto de Diseño Caracas in 1994. He worked freelance until he partnered with Carolina and founded idd in 1999. With more than twenty years of experience, he has excelled in creating design with meaning. His process goes from insight to ideas to design that connects. That is emotion through design. Brand Identity is his strength. His smart thinking, intuition, clean approach to design and attention to detail has led him to create more than 50 timeless brands that make clients stand apart. We are based in Caracas Venezuela
