Idealist Coffee & Co. is a Ukrainian specialty coffee company that has been developing coffee culture since 2018. As a full-cycle producer, it selects green coffee beans from around the world, roasts them using modern equipment, and checks quality throughout production. The company prepares coffee for different brewing methods, aiming to make freshly roasted specialty coffee accessible at home and in cafés, hotels, railway stations, trains, and partner fuel stations across Ukraine.

Its range includes coffee, ready-to-brew drip bags, capsules, drinks, brewing accessories, and branded merchandise. Drip bags offer a convenient way to make filter coffee while travelling or away from home, while the accessories help customers choose equipment suited to their brewing preferences. Idealist also operates cafés, with locations listed in Kyiv and Odesa, where customers can enjoy its coffee. The brand shares coffee knowledge through articles on brewing methods, roasting, processing, equipment, and coffee culture. Idealist brings together carefully selected beans, considered roasting, practical products, and café experiences for people who value flavour and quality.
