IDEMTA Identity Card Solution

IDEMTA is a cloud-based identity card software platform developed by KCube TechLab Pvt. Ltd. It helps schools, offices, colleges, event organizers, and ID card manufacturers manage card production through a single online system, with no software installation required. Users can create job orders, collect and store cardholder information, upload data in bulk, capture or upload photographs, and verify records before printing. The platform also supports online photo cropping, background removal, interactive card design, approval workflows, job assignment and tracking, reporting, invoicing, and email notifications.

IDEMTA generates printable files for PVC and RFID identity cards, including designs with barcodes and QR codes, and supports batch printing as well as on-the-spot cards for conferences, events, and elections. Its dashboard helps users monitor job status, while automated checks can flag duplicate records, missing required information, and absent photographs. The service is designed to make card production more organized and reduce manual work, errors, and delays. IDEMTA also offers a library of card designs, mobile photography tools, and support for order and stock management.
