About IDF Kenya
Welcome to the Integrated Development Facility (IDF) Kenya official website. IDF is a community-based Non-Governmental Organization registered in Kenya. Our mission is to harmonize and consolidate local efforts through community empowerment in areas such as health, education, socio-economic development, and environmental concerns.
At IDF, we are committed to leaving no one behind in the journey towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG-16. We believe that accountability, as expressed in Goal 16 of the SDGs, is essential for achieving all other goals. We work towards holding our County Government accountable and responsive to the aspirations of our community.
Founded in 1999, IDF was established to address the challenges of HIV/AIDS pandemic, limited education, and reduced economic opportunities in Kabondo. Our headquarters are located at Kadongo market center in Kabondo Division, Homa Bay County. Join us in our efforts to create a healthy, just, and empowered society.
