The Indonesian Medical Association (Ikatan Dokter Indonesia, or IDI) is a professional organization that represents and supports doctors throughout Indonesia. With a network spanning 33 regional organizations and 242 branches, IDI serves more than 32,000 members. Its stated vision is to foster ethical, independent, professional doctors who uphold collegiality, while its mission emphasizes medical ethics, professional solidarity, and a healthy, dignified society.
