Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) is Indonesia’s professional organization for doctors, providing a national home for medical practitioners and supporting the advancement of the profession. Affiliated with the Indonesian Ministry of Health, IDI works to promote ethical, independent and professional practice, strengthen collegiality among doctors, and contribute to a healthy and dignified society. Its network spans 33 regions and 242 branches, with 32,220 members reported on its website.

IDI’s activities include professional education, continuing medical education partnerships, competency-related information, training and scientific events.
