About PB IDI
The Indonesian Medical Association (Ikatan Dokter Indonesia, or IDI) is the professional organization representing doctors across Indonesia. With a stated commitment to ethical, independent, and professional medical practice, IDI promotes collegiality among physicians and supports the goal of a healthy and dignified society. The organization operates through a nationwide network of 33 regional offices and 242 branches, serving more than 32,000 members.
IDI provides professional and educational resources for doctors, including medical journals, scientific activities, training, and information about the Indonesian Medical Doctor Competency Examination. Its publications include the Journal of the Indonesian Medical Association and the Indonesian Journal of Medical Ethics.
