About PB IDI
The Indonesian Medical Association, known as Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI), is the professional organization representing doctors across Indonesia. Affiliated with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, it connects members through a network of 33 regional organizations and 242 branches. IDI’s stated vision is to foster ethical, independent, and professional Indonesian doctors who uphold collegiality. Its mission also emphasizes medical ethics, professional fellowship, and contributing to a healthy, dignified society.
IDI supports professional development and knowledge-sharing through educational programs, scientific activities, training, and information about the Indonesian Doctor Competency Examination.
