Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) is the professional organization representing doctors across Indonesia. Affiliated with the Ministry of Health, it works to strengthen medical professionalism, ethical practice, collegiality, and the contribution of doctors to a healthy and dignified society. Guided by its vision of an ethical, independent, and professional medical community, IDI describes its renewal initiative, “IDI Reborn,” as a commitment to a modern, accountable, collaborative organization.

IDI serves members through a nationwide network of 33 regional organizations and 242 branches, and provides information about its leadership, structure, regional access, and organizational activities. Its website also shares professional and educational resources, including continuing medical education, training workshops, competency examination information, and scientific event updates. Publications featured include the Journal of the Indonesian Medical Association and the Indonesian Medical Ethics Journal. The site additionally offers news and articles on medical history, health topics, and professional events, including the organization’s 2025 congress.
