Instituto Dragão do Mar is a renowned cultural organization in Ceará that has been operating for nearly 25 years. As a non-profit civil society organization, we work in partnership with the Government of Ceará and, particularly, the Secretaria da Cultura, our oldest and most significant partner. Our expertise lies in managing cultural experiences, including arts, heritage, gastronomy, sports, and the environment.

Currently, we manage 16 public spaces and facilities in collaboration with the Government of Ceará. One of our key initiatives is the creation of a Cultural Spaces Network, supported by IDM, to foster integration and exchange with the Public Network of Cultural Equipment in Ceará (Rece). To support independent cultural spaces, we have launched an open call for proposals, offering a 5-month program aimed at promoting their activities.
