Koordinátor IDS Karlovarského kraje

The Karlovy Vary Region Public Transport System is coordinated by the region’s publicly funded Integrated Transport System Coordinator, which supports transport connections across the region. Its network brings together regional bus and rail services, long-distance public-interest transport, commercial services, and municipal public transport in Karlovy Vary, Cheb, Sokolov, Aš, Mariánské Lázně, Ostrov, and Jáchymov. Rail services are operated by several carriers, while regional buses are provided by contracted transport companies.

The coordinator’s website helps passengers plan journeys and access current travel information. It publishes bus and rail timetables, route and fare details for the IDOK integrated system, tariff zones, and information about accepted tickets. Passengers can also check train locations, road conditions, service disruptions, closures, and timetable changes. Additional resources include transport maps, frequently asked questions, and details of offers such as the EgroNet day ticket and discounts for children, students, and seniors. The system aims to provide public transport connections throughout the Karlovy Vary Region, with services supported by regional and national public authorities.
