About IEE
Inspire, Educate and Empower Rwanda (IEE Rwanda) is a Not-For-Profit Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) dedicated to making education a premise of progress. They work to ensure the quality provision and well-being of school children in Rwanda. IEE Rwanda builds alliances with communities to sustain educational triumphs and design innovative programs to address challenges in education.
One of their key projects is the Teaching Assistantships Project, implemented in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation. This project aims to nurture a new generation of female teachers in the sciences, aligning with the priorities of the Ministry of Education and Rwanda Education Board. IEE Rwanda also focuses on special needs and inclusive education, believing that all learners should be supported to achieve desired learning outcomes.
