IEPAAC

CFPI IEPAAC is an integrated vocational training centre focused on aquaculture, environmental education and control, and employment-oriented learning. Its programmes include intermediate-level training in aquaculture cultivation, higher-level courses in aquaculture and environmental education and control, a basic vocational programme for aquaculture activity assistants, and training for employment. The centre also offers complementary learning and courses on the natural parks of the Terres de l’Ebre.

IEPAAC connects education with industry through dual vocational training, combining classroom study with practical activity in companies. Its services include work placements, professional guidance and assessment, recognition and accreditation of skills, and a job bank. The centre also supports entrepreneurship and self-employment, internationalisation, and collaboration with businesses and organisations. Its innovation and applied research activities include knowledge transfer and the Centre de Recursos Aqüícoles Vius de Catalunya. By linking training with workplace needs, IEPAAC aims to strengthen students’ learning and prepare them for roles in aquaculture, aquarium operations, environmental management, nature guiding and environmental education.
