About Iespējamā misija
Iespējamā Misija is an organization dedicated to promoting positive change in education, ensuring that every child in Latvia has access to highly motivated teachers, school leaders, and educational programs that foster their development, regardless of their place of residence or the school they attend. In Latvia, the quality of accessible education depends on the location where the child lives. Despite Latvian students having better results in basic skills acquisition compared to the EU average (PISA), access to quality education is still dependent on the student's place of residence.
Iespējamā Misija aims to address this challenge by providing various solutions. They attract and train teachers who continue their work as educators, school directors, and experts in the education sector. Additionally, they enhance the performance of school leaders and improve educational programs by collaborating with partners from the private and public sectors, providing lectures, excursions, educational materials, and other opportunities for students to connect their learning with real-life events.
