IFRC (Individualized Funding Resource Centre) Society is a dedicated organization that aims to assist individuals in succeeding on the Choices in Support for Independent Living (CSIL) Program, as well as other individualized funding programs in British Columbia. Founded by Paul Gauthier, the creator of the CSIL program, IFRC provides a platform for individuals to access knowledge and resources, empowering them to fully participate in their communities. Recognizing the challenges of managing individualized funding, IFRC offers a range of services to support individuals with disabilities.

These services include education, with 45 informative videos covering various aspects of CSIL, as well as detailed modules providing comprehensive guidance. Additionally, IFRC offers payroll services, handling revenue accounts, payroll processing, and reporting obligations. Recruitment facilitation is also provided, assisting with the hiring process and ensuring the selection of suitable staff.
