IFTA Worldwide is an international non-profit organization comprising members from 22 countries. Founded in 1986, the International Federation of Technical Analysts (IFTA) serves as a global platform for market analysis societies and associations. The federation's primary objectives are to facilitate the exchange of information, data, and business practices related to technical analysis in various financial centers, and to promote the highest standards of professional ethics and competence among technical analysts worldwide.

IFTA also fosters the establishment of local technical analysis societies, supports the standardization of education and testing in technical analysis, and encourages international cooperation and scholarship.
