Ignite You

Ignite You is a pregnancy, birth and motherhood support practice led by Kimberly, who brings more than nine years of experience in the birthing community. Its work is grounded in the belief that women can draw on their own inner wisdom and strength as they move through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood. Kimberly offers nurturing, fear-releasing support to help clients build confidence, explore concerns and develop trust in themselves and their bodies.

Services include pregnancy massage, pregnancy release massage, post-partum massage and Surrender Ritual Massage, as well as one-to-one support. Programs include Belly Balance, a six-week program focused on emotional preparation and fear release, and The Mothering Program, offered at Levels 1 and 2. Ignite You also provides massage bundles and gift vouchers.

Through its services and programs, the practice aims to support the physical and emotional aspects of the motherhood journey in a welcoming, empowering setting. The website also features a blog and offers a free e-book on hospital bag essentials to newsletter subscribers.
