About iGUIDE
Using the PLANIX R1 scanning camera or an iGUIDE Pro, users can capture a property in a single visit and receive an interactive 3D virtual tour, schematic floor plans, room-by-room measurements and a property report. Floor plans can meet ANSI and RMS standards, and deliverables are available in formats such as PDF, SVG, DWG, RVT and ESX, with optional CAD files and site plans.
The platform serves residential real estate, real estate photography, architecture and remodeling, design and construction, insurance and restoration, forensic investigation, and facility management. Its workflow is designed to make property data faster to capture, easier to share and ready for practical use, including planning, listings and restoration work. Customers can purchase a PLANIX R1 camera, hire an iGUIDE Pro, and choose a per-project package with optional add-ons. Virtual tours are included, and users can download and own their data without a subscription.
