HEAD - Executive Acceleration Program is a tailor-made development program aimed at accelerating the performance and success of newly appointed mid-level team leaders and young executives. This program is designed to cover key areas of management succession, as well as leadership skills, interpersonal skills, and people management skills, among others. Participants can expect individual and team coaching, extensive networking opportunities, valuable feedback, and practical application of theories.

The program features three months of executive education sessions, workshops, and reflections, where participants will learn alongside local and international executive education leaders, lecturers, and practitioners. The program's benefits include faster onboarding for managerial roles, increased self-confidence, improved communication with team members, and the ability to make decisions that align with expectations. The program's timeline consists of various modules, such as self-awareness and leadership, people and stakeholder relationships, decision making and change management, and more.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in personal coaching sessions, team coaching, reflections, and the development of an action plan. The experts leading the program have extensive experience in change facilitation, coaching, and executive education. The program takes place over the course of three months, with sessions held twice a month at the Vilnius Business College campus.

Participants will receive a certificate upon completion, validating their continuous professional development of managerial competencies
