About IHRM
IHRM Kenya is a professional body established under the Human Resource Management Professionals (HRMP) Act, No. 52 of 2012. Their aim is to regulate the HR profession in Kenya, while enhancing competencies and capabilities through various services and solutions.
Membership with IHRM offers numerous benefits, and the council continuously diversifies its services to meet the needs of its members. They provide continuous professional development through trainings and seminars, offering free forums every quarter and subsidized trainings at the branch level. They also prioritize mentorship programs to build the skills and competencies of HR professionals, enabling them to drive transformational change.
Additionally, IHRM offers consulting services in areas such as strategy, compensation and benefits, change management, talent management, HR analytics, technology, and learning and development.
