IHRelief

International Humanitarian Relief (IHR) is a humanitarian organization providing assistance to vulnerable communities, including people affected by conflict and displacement. The organization operates through registered or licensed entities in the United States, Türkiye, Austria, and Lebanon, and invites supporters to contribute to its relief campaigns.

IHR’s work spans emergency aid and longer-term community support. Its services include food parcels, bread, meals, and baby food, as well as winterisation and hygiene kits, clothing vouchers, and fuel assistance. The organization supports access to clean water through water-network maintenance, drinking-water distribution, well digging, flood protection, and sewage-system projects. It also provides shelter for displaced families and works on camp infrastructure.

Health and nutrition programs supply hospitals and clinics with medicine, equipment, and operational support. Education initiatives sponsor students and establish schools, while orphan sponsorships support children in Gaza and Syria. Other activities include livelihood projects, safe-birth assistance, Ramadan and Eid food programs, and medical campaigns. IHR also promotes community resilience through projects that help improve access to services and markets.
