Industrial Health Screening Services

Industrial Health Screening Services (IHSS) is a South African occupational health provider that helps employers manage workforce health across industrial and safety-critical roles. With two decades of occupational health experience, the company serves sectors including mining, manufacturing, construction, transport, food production and warehousing.

Its services are tailored to employee roles, workplace risks and stages of employment. Offerings include pre-employment, periodic and exit medicals, fitness-for-duty and return-to-work assessments, and medical surveillance. IHSS also provides audiometric, lung function and vision testing, occupational chest X-rays, biological monitoring, workplace drug screening, employee TB testing, vaccinations, wellness screening and occupational health risk assessments.

Services are delivered through permanent clinics in Mpumalanga and Gauteng, as well as mobile units serving workplaces across South Africa. On-site screening can be arranged around shifts and operational needs, helping reduce employee travel and disruption to production. IHSS is a black women-owned and managed business and a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor.
