The Institute of Islamic Sciences, Islamabad (IISI) is a registered educational institution established in 1986. Its mission is to combine traditional Islamic learning with contemporary education, preparing scholars to contribute to society and provide guidance in their chosen fields. The institute’s vision is to develop leaders grounded in Islamic knowledge and values, with the modern qualifications needed to serve as “Men of the Age.” It is affiliated with Wafaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia, the University of the Punjab, the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, and the Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority.
IISI offers Quranic Studies, including classes in Quran learning and memorization; a Dars-e-Nizami and Higher Education program that pairs religious studies with contemporary subjects; and Fahm-e-Deen, which teaches foundational Islamic knowledge for everyday life. The institute provides free education and accommodation from grade six through master’s level in religious and contemporary fields. It also supports community projects through donations, with campaigns for a mosque, academic block, solar power plants, and hostel renovation.
