IJsclubakkerwoude

IJsclub Akkerwoude is a local skating club founded on 9 January 1952. The club serves the Akkerwoude community and shares news and practical information with its members and visitors through its website. A central feature is the local ice rink: the club regularly updates its opening information so people can check whether the rink is open or closed before visiting.

The website also provides information about membership and club activities, including the Avond4daagse, and features the club’s newsletter and other community updates. IJsclub Akkerwoude invites residents to become members, follow its announcements, and support its work. The club has sought volunteers and new board members to help with its activities, and is working to digitize its membership administration and communicate more by email. It has also participated in Rabobank ClubSupport, encouraging supporters to cast votes that can generate funding for the club. For inquiries, the club can be contacted by email, and its website also lists options such as telephone, WhatsApp, and a map.
