Ikaria Longevity Retreat is a Greek wellness retreat inspired by the traditions and everyday habits associated with long, healthy living on the island of Ikaria. Founded by Kyriaki Spanou and Angeliki Douka, the retreat offers a playful, holistic weekly program designed to help guests reconnect with themselves, others and a more balanced way of life. Its five-step approach combines meditation, plant-based dining, mild movement, a midday siesta and social connection.

Guests can take part in meditative practices including silence sessions and Nidra Yoga, and enjoy three daily meals prepared by local cooks with local ingredients, reflecting Ikarian food traditions. Activities include Hatha Yoga, aqua fitness, Ai Chi and trekking, with options suitable for different abilities. Theatre-based exercises encourage trust, laughter and communication, while scheduled rest introduces the local custom of a midday break.

The retreat presents its program as an immersive experience shaped by Greek philosophy and Ikarian culture.
