Ik Ben Caro is a property styling and expat relocation business based in Rotterdam, led by Caro. It helps homeowners present their properties effectively for sale and supports employers and expatriates with finding suitable housing in the Netherlands. The property styling service aims to make homes stand out on platforms such as Funda, helping encourage a faster sale and potentially a higher sale price. Services include professional styling, property photography, furniture rental and artist impressions, with an approach that gives each home character and showcases its potential.

For expat relocation, Ik Ben Caro provides support with housing and helps international employees settle into their new surroundings. The service can assist with finding temporary rental accommodation or a permanent home, offering personal guidance throughout the process. Caro also draws on a local property-market knowledge and a real estate network to help identify suitable homes. Whether clients are preparing to sell a property or arranging accommodation for an expatriate employee, Ik Ben Caro aims to make the experience smoother and more personal.
