About IKEA Bulgaria
IKEA is embarking on a cosmic journey, inviting young artists to explore their creativity through a unique children's drawing competition. This year's theme centers around imaginative extraterrestrial heroes, encouraging children to envision a character that could come to Earth on a mission to enhance our world. The competition celebrates the artistic potential of children, reminiscent of Picasso's belief that every child is an artist.
With an impressive 863 submissions filled with vibrant and fantastical depictions of space heroes, IKEA is excited to recognize and nurture this creativity. A select panel of judges, along with online public votes, will choose three finalists, whose artwork will come to life during a special ceremony in January. The winner will receive a grand prize: their hero transformed into a plush toy.
