IKI SKY

IKI SKY is a free security-checking app for iPhone and iPad that helps users understand the risks of the Wi-Fi network they are connected to. Designed for travelers, remote workers, and anyone using public networks for email, banking, or other sensitive tasks, it translates technical findings into clear risk levels and practical advice.

The app checks whether a network is encrypted, looks for possible access-point impersonation, and tests internet connectivity through five diagnostics, including DNS, secure connections, login portals, and response times. It can remember trusted networks and their access-point hardware identifiers, helping flag certain suspicious changes. Recommendations may include disconnecting, enabling a VPN, postponing sensitive transactions, or adjusting iOS settings. IKI SKY also assesses mobile and wired connections, and offers guided onboarding in Russian and English.

IKI SKY does not function as a VPN or antivirus: it neither encrypts nor blocks traffic, and checks run only while the app is open. It requires no account and includes no ads, analytics, trackers, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
