IkLeerBorstcrawlnl

IkLeerBorstcrawl. nl provides adult swimming instruction in the Roermond region, helping people learn and improve front crawl, or borstcrawl, through structured, technique-focused coaching. Its services cater to beginners, experienced swimmers, triathletes and open-water swimmers aged 16 and above.

The Borstcrawl Basis Cursus teaches beginners step by step, with eight lessons, small groups, personal feedback and video support in a dedicated pool setting. For swimmers with existing experience, weekly technique training focuses on timing, catch, breathing, efficiency and speed; additional options include video analysis, private lessons and tailored training plans. Open-water clinics and triathlon-specific coaching cover safety, navigation, sighting, drafting, pacing, buoy turns, wetsuit considerations and race starts, helping participants prepare for recreational swims or competition.

The approach emphasizes building sound technique before pursuing speed, so swimmers can move through the water with greater control and less effort. Courses and training take place in the Roermond area, including the beginner course at Zwembad De Roerdomp
