By temporarily pausing their alcohol intake, participants can experience the benefits of abstaining from drinking. IkPas aims to make individuals more aware of the choices they can make regarding alcohol and break free from their established drinking patterns.
Although there may not be a literal coach knocking on your door, IkPas is there to provide support and answer any questions you may have throughout your challenge. They offer various resources such as articles, recipes, and badges that you can earn with different challenges, all designed to help you successfully complete your journey.
