ILAN is one of Israel’s longstanding nonprofit organizations, working to help children, young people, and adults with physical disabilities live meaningful, fulfilling lives with as much independence as possible. Its mission is to advance equal participation and inclusion in Israeli society, while supporting individuals and their families through different stages of life.

The organization offers rehabilitation and community programs, including day centers, supported housing, employment initiatives, and sports activities through dedicated centers and community programs. Its services also include rights information and guidance to help people understand and access benefits and support available to them. ILAN promotes education and personal development through scholarships for higher education, the ILAN Campus, and courses and online meetings designed with accessibility adaptations. Additional programs include a summer camp and support for decision-making.

With activities in more than 25 cities, ILAN connects people with disabilities and their families to services, peers, and community networks. The organization also welcomes volunteers and donations to support its work toward greater independence, opportunity, and equality.
