Il fiore sulla nuvoletta

Il Fiore sulla Nuvoletta is a private nursery in the La Giustiniana area of Rome, operating in partnership with Roma Capitale. Its educational approach sees each child as capable and curious, and gives children time and opportunities to develop independence. Inspired by the ideas of Maria Montessori, Elinor Goldschmied and Emmi Pikler, the nursery provides carefully organized spaces for play, discovery and social interaction.

Daily routines combine meals, rest and care with free play and guided activities. Children can also take part in additional music and psychomotricity courses, creative projects and outdoor experiences. The nursery supports families through a gradual settling-in process, regular meetings, workshops and opportunities to connect with educators and specialists. Each child has a personal “Diario di Bordo,” complemented by the Easynido digital diary. Its small library promotes reading for children aged zero to six and lends books for home. The nursery serves both private and subsidized users, offers extended-care options, and provides summer activities and evening events.
