Chronology is a brand that encompasses a unique and captivating artistic endeavor called The Tarot Garden. Founded by Niki de Saint Phalle, a renowned artist, the brand offers a mesmerizing collection of sculptures inspired by the symbolism of tarot cards. The journey began in 1955 when Niki discovered the work of Antoni Gaudí in Spain, which greatly influenced her decision to create her own garden of sculptures.

Throughout the years, she drew inspiration from various sources, including a trip to California where she visited the Watts Towers. Collaborating with fellow artist Jean Tinguely and encountering Swiss artist Rico Weber further fueled her desire to bring her vision to life. In 1972, a partnership with polyester specialist Haligon allowed Niki to produce large-scale sculptures and multiples.
