Intergeschlechtliche Menschen e.V. is a German nonprofit association representing intersex people of all ages, their families and wider communities. Founded in 2004 by members of a self-help group and renamed in 2021, the organization works to advance the shared interests and rights of intersex people across the German-speaking region. It aims to improve public understanding of intersex variations, encourage acceptance and support people in developing a positive sense of identity and belonging.

The association provides information and guidance, including peer counselling and online advice, and supports several self-help groups. These include groups for families with intersex children, people with an XY chromosome set who were raised as girls or women, and intersex people more broadly, as well as related parent groups. Its website also offers publications, downloads, media resources and information about intersex issues. Through public advocacy, statements, reports, events and collaboration with other organizations, Intergeschlechtliche Menschen e.V. promotes the rights and self-determination of intersex people and works to address discrimination and social isolation.
