Institute for Health Modeling & Climate Solutions

The Institute for Health Modeling and Climate Solutions (IMACS) is an initiative of Malaria No More focused on applying artificial intelligence to global health and climate challenges. It combines predictive modeling, climate science, data, and expert knowledge to help governments, multilateral organizations, regulated enterprises, and global institutions anticipate risks and make informed decisions.

IMACS provides AI platforms and services, including decision intelligence, data-, model-, and platform-as-a-service. Its SAGE foundation model analyzes health and environmental information to generate forecasts, scenario analysis, and explainable insights. The ARK platform brings together climate, health, mobility, and environmental data for analytics, dashboards, and automated workflows. Its climate-informed early warning systems use predictive models, risk mapping, and alerts to help identify climate-sensitive public health threats and support timely action.

The organization also offers implementation and regulatory advisory services, including guidance on AI governance, digital health infrastructure, interoperability, and assurance frameworks. Through a global network of specialists in public health, epidemiology, climate science, and related fields, IMACS supports research partnerships, knowledge sharing, and capacity strengthening.
