Imafuji is a website dedicated to showing the current weather on Mount Fuji, helping climbers, mountain enthusiasts, and anyone interested in the region understand conditions as they are, rather than relying on forecasts. It shares weather observations through photographs and data, organized by the mountain’s main climbing routes: Fujinomiya, Prince, Gotemba, Subashiri, and Yoshida. Visitors can also compare conditions at the summit with those in Tokyo and view information such as temperature, precipitation, wind, sunrise, and sunset times.

Alongside live weather information, Imafuji offers educational resources on Mount Fuji’s distinctive weather, lightning risks, traditional weather signs, climbing seasons, recommended equipment, and mountain rules and etiquette. The site also links to official Japan Meteorological Agency alerts and related weather tools. Its experimental Imfuji Lightning Alert shares research-related information, but is not intended for safety or emergency decisions. Imfuji features project updates, specialist perspectives, articles, and staff social media, bringing together practical observations and knowledge to support a better-informed appreciation of Mount Fuji.
