Imagine Rugby

Imagine Rugby is a brand dedicated to growing youth rugby in North America. They work in collaboration with schools, recreation departments, nonprofits, and MLR teams to make rugby accessible to young players. Through the power of sport, Imagine Rugby aims to foster leadership development, mentorship, and healthy lifestyles among youth.

As the 501c3 arm of MLR, they partner with USA Rugby, USA Youth & High School Rugby, and receive support from World Rugby. Their ultimate goal is to achieve 1 million active youth participants in North American rugby by 2030, in support of the 2031 and 2033 World Cups in the U. S.

Imagine Rugby offers a range of programs and initiatives at various levels of experience. From introducing rugby to youth through their Rookie Rugby program and flag leagues, to developing high school and collegiate pathways, and even focusing on elite player development through MLR Academies. Through their comprehensive approach, Imagine Rugby is creating rugby pathways for children starting in elementary school all the way to professional play and international competitions.
