IMA Martial Arts is a martial arts school based in Arnold, with satellite classes in Bingham, Bramcote, Heanor, Ilkeston and Kimberley. Its curriculum combines Wado-Ryu Karate and kickboxing, incorporating elements of Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to introduce students to a range of martial arts styles. Self-defence is a central focus of IMA’s training. Students learn skills intended to help them stay safe, build confidence, de-escalate difficult situations and defend themselves or others when necessary.
