Designed for architects, interior designers, renovation specialists, floor layers, kitchen designers, project managers, and real estate agents, its scanners capture room data quickly and accurately, including in older or irregular spaces. The company says the iMapper can record a room in about two to three minutes, producing measurements accurate to ±0.08 inches (±2 mm), a 360-degree view, reference photos, and dense point-cloud data for examining architectural details.
Scans transfer through the iMapper Connect App to a cloud account and are also stored on the device. The app lets users name rooms, add annotations, preview scans, check leveling, and control scanning remotely. Users can export floor plans in formats such as DXF and PDF or incorporate the data into a CAD workflow. By helping teams collect and organize measurements on site, iMapper aims to reduce survey time, improve precision, and make project planning more dependable.
