About Imbue Distillery
Imbue Distillery is a Melbourne-area artisan spirits producer based in the scenic hills of Research. Run by a close-knit team of family and friends with 60 years of combined experience, the distillery creates small-batch spirits shaped by local ingredients, craft and storytelling. Its portfolio includes gin, liqueurs, whisky, brandy, vodka and agave spirits, with examples such as Yuzu Vodka, Blue Agave Spirit, Coconut Agave Spirit and Angel’s Share whiskies.
Customers can shop online for bottles, sampler sets, cocktail packs, merchandise and gift cards, with delivery available. The brand also sells Full Circle condiments and dog treats. Visitors can explore the working distillery at its Distillery Door, sample spirits and shop on site.
