Imbue Distillery

Imbue Distillery is a Melbourne-area artisan spirits producer based in the scenic hills of Research. Run by a close-knit team of family and friends with 60 years of combined experience, the distillery creates small-batch drinks inspired by flavour, place and the stories behind each bottle. Its portfolio includes gin, whisky, brandy, vodka, liqueurs and agave spirits, alongside cocktail packs, sampler sets and gift cards.

Customers can explore products online, with delivery available, or visit the Distillery Door to sample the range and shop on site. Imbue also offers private events and small-group Story Sessions featuring a behind-the-scenes look at the working distillery, demonstrations and tastings. Its Happy Hour Hub shares cocktail recipes, events and news.

Sustainability is part of the brand’s approach: the distillery uses solar power, reuses returned bottles, repurposes packaging and production by-products, and supports local and Australian suppliers. The wider offering also includes Full Circle Condiments and dog treats, reflecting its interest in making use of ingredients and production resources
