The Instituto Mexicano de Derechos Humanos y Democracia (IMDHD) is a civil rights organization that promotes connections with social, political, academic, and civil actors. Our goal is to achieve respect and strengthen human rights from an integral perspective, while also promoting the principles of substantive democracy. We work towards this by generating proposals and initiatives through collaborations with various stakeholders.

Our team consists of individuals who are passionate about driving change in Mexico's human rights landscape, and we believe in the importance of strengthening our country's commitment to human rights. Our work is centered around two main themes: impunity and public policies in human rights.
