About IMEQ ASSESSMENT CENTER
IMEQ Innovative Maritime EQ Center is a research-based foundation that prioritizes the psychological health and safety of individuals working in the maritime industry. Established in 2016 by Clinical Psychologists in partnership with KA Innovative Maritime Services, IMEQ offers a range of products and services to support the well-being of seafarers. Their comprehensive mental health assessment process, developed by a team of experts, utilizes advanced test flow, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to identify and address risk factors that can compromise psychological health onboard.
Additionally, IMEQ provides training and seminars to educate maritime personnel on workplace well-being and designs well-being policies for the industry. Their ultimate mission is to prevent mental health issues and foster a psychologically healthy workplace.
