IMMA

IMMA is a Czech residential property group creating distinctive homes in Prague and the Krkonoše Mountains. Its projects combine characterful locations, timeless architecture and an emphasis on lasting value, with attention to landscape, materials, craftsmanship and the way people live. The group brings its work together through three complementary areas: IMMA Development creates and delivers residential projects; IMMA Butiq curates selected properties, discreet opportunities and personal property services; and IMMA Living shares inspiration on architecture, design, travel and places worth discovering.

Its portfolio includes Rezidence Na Ladech, eleven energy-efficient family homes in Předboj with Loxone smart controls; Lake House, a limited residence in Prague’s Kunratice district; and the mountain projects Weekend House and Chalet in Čistá, Krkonoše. The latter two are in preparation and designed for leisure and second-home living. Several projects have received recognition in the Real Estate Project of the Year competition.

IMMA also works with landowners and partners, assessing sites and opportunities and supporting project concepts, development and sales.
