Immanuel House is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2007 as a division of Immanuel Sobriety, Inc. Based in Southern California’s Inland Empire, it serves marginalized individuals in Riverside, Perris, and Moreno Valley. Its mission is to support people returning to mainstream society and help reduce recidivism through evidence-based, holistic programs that promote recovery, stability, and independence.
Services include residential recovery housing, transitional housing, outpatient treatment, substance abuse treatment, and licensed residential mental health services. Participants can also access individual assessments, case management, cognitive-behavioral therapy, life-skills training, employment resources, supplemental education, and support for community and family reunification. Immanuel House offers single-stop access to public benefits, helping individuals connect with resources as they progress toward self-sufficiency. The organization reports that its programs are licensed and/or certified by California’s Department of Health Care Services.
Immanuel House invites community members to support its work through volunteering and donations. Its guiding motto, “Transforming Lives From the Hurts of Humanity,” reflects its focus on restoration and practical support for people facing barriers to reentry.
