FCFAimmigration

The Francophone Immigration Portal is an initiative of the Fédération des communautés francophones et acadienne (FCFA) of Canada, funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. The FCFA represents French-speaking communities in nine provinces and three territories and has worked with governments since 2002 to encourage Francophone immigration to communities outside Quebec. The portal supports this mission by bringing together information for people interested in immigrating to Canada in French and living in French-speaking communities across the country.

Its resources include guidance on settling in a community, an interactive map, and information about the community strategy, Francophone immigration networks, and Welcoming Francophone Communities. The site also features a community of practice focused on GBA Plus, the National Francophone Immigration Week, and an academic research section. Visitors can explore a library, a directory of researchers, and information about the annual symposium.

Overall, the portal connects prospective immigrants, community organizations, researchers, and partners with resources intended to support welcoming, vibrant Francophone communities throughout Canada
