ImmoParse offers a range of products, including the Belmap location data of the highest quality, CC Experts real estate expertise, and Connaxion geomarketing. We have achieved significant milestones since our inception, such as starting the collection of real estate data throughout Belgium with our web scraping technology. In 2017, we launched the ImmoParse Web estimation tool, tailored for professionals like brokers, experts, and surveyors, to search for comparison points and create appraisal reports.

In 2020, we introduced the LanData API, providing unique access to our detailed real estate data that can be integrated into existing software. In addition to our current operations, we have future plans to begin collecting real estate data in the Netherlands in 2021. Furthermore, we are adapting to the new guidelines set by the European Banking Authority, enabling automatic and accurate valuation of houses and apartments through our ImmoParse AVM in 2022.
