The Immigration Policy Tracking Project (IPTP) is a comprehensive and dynamic catalogue of immigration policies issued by the Trump administration since January 2017. Developed and maintained by Professor Lucas Guttentag, in collaboration with law students at Yale and Stanford Law Schools, the IPTP aims to provide a deeper understanding of the scope and impact of Trump-era policies and help develop a roadmap for reform. Updated regularly, the project collects and digests every known immigration policy of the Trump administration, providing a complete compendium of policies and their implementation.

Each policy or action is entered separately and reviewed by consulting immigration experts before being published on the IPTP website. Organized chronologically and categorized by subject area, agency affected, type of action, and more, the searchable database allows users to easily find and track policies. The entries include current status, legal challenges, and predecessor policies, providing a comprehensive and informative resource.

Whether you're a researcher, policymaker, or interested individual, the IPTP is an invaluable tool for understanding the complex landscape of immigration policies
