IMOS Brno, a.s. vstoupila na český stavební trh počátkem roku 1997 a stala se významnou univerzální stavební společností. Během své existence si vybudovala pevnou pozici mezi stavebními společnostmi a velmi rychle rozšířila svoji působnost z jihomoravského regionu na celou Českou a Slovenskou republiku. Podnikatelské aktivity pod obchodní značkou IMOS se však datují již od roku 1990. Společnost je od června 2005 organizačně rozdělena na závod pozemního stavitelství a závod vodohospodářských a dopravních staveb sídlící v Brně a závod Ostrava zaměřený převážně na pozemní stavby, se sídlem v Ostravě. Na Slovensku nás zastupuje organizačná zložka Slovensko, která byla zřízena v roce 2004. IMOS Brno plc. entered the Czech construction market in early 1997 and has become a leading company in the field. During its existence, IMOS Brno plc. has built a solid position among construction companies and rapidly expanded from South Moravia to the whole of the Czech and Slovak Republics. The company, however, had made its presence in 1990 under the brand name IMOS. Since 2005, the organization of the company has been divided into the division of Civil Engineering and the division of Road and Water Management both located in Brno. The division of Civil Engineering located in Ostrava and the branch office in Slovakia, which was established in 2004.
